The parent company, as a subsoil user, increased its stake in Qazaqstan Marine Fuels to 76%.
The parent company, as a subsoil user, increased its stake in Qazaqstan Marine Fuels to 76%. As a result, Qazaqstan Marine Fuels has been granted the status of “Oil Supplier” in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on state regulation of the production and circulation of certain types of petroleum products. Currently, Qazaqstan Marine Fuels, as an oil supplier, has the right to process crude oil from the parent company-subsoil user and other subsoil users, as well as the right to sell marine fuel and fuel oil derived from the obtained raw materials.
